Yoga Flow
Join Morgan Mitchell for Yoga at the HUB Art Gallery in 116 HUB-Robeson Center from Noon to 1:00 p.m. Wednesdays, June 11 through August 6.
No class July 16
Connect to your body and breath during this 1-hour class. Enjoy meditation in motion through a series of postures and wavelike movement in the spine. No experience needed. All experience levels are welcome. Mats are provided for up to 20 participants. Instructor, Morgan Mitchell, has been teaching yoga since 2004 and is a certified TriYoga teacher in Basics through Level 2.
No registration - this is a drop-in style class.
Yoga and Meditation
Join Latisha Franklin, Ph.D (RYT 200) for yoga and meditation classes Thursdays at 5:00 p.m. starting June 12 through July 31 at the Palmer Museum. Check in at the front desk to find the specific room where yoga will be held. No class on June 19.
Feel free to bring your own mat. A limited amount of yoga supplies are provided and no experience is necessary. All are welcome!
